As Applicable today as it was in History.

  1. Hosea 7:13 Woe to them, for they have strayed from me! Destruction to them for they have rebelled against me.
Hosea 9:13 Woe to them when I depart from them!
Clearly America has withdrawn from God. In accordance with their deeds, eye for eye, God will withdraw from them. Gleaning from the above, ‘Woe’ obviously means destruction to America. We shall soon see who needs whom the most.
In all our (coming) affliction, he was (before) afflicted. Isaiah 63:9. Jesus was accused, mockingly, of saving others but not able to save himself. Can America save itself from its coming destruction? The Person, the Redeemer, America has withdrawn from, will be their final Rescuer before a 2nd Exodus from bondage in Egypt. So why withdraw from Jesus who ultimately is the one coming to their rescue? He cried “My God, My God, why hast thou forsaken me. He did not deserve to be forsaken by His Father, as He had not forsaken His Father, God. But America has forsaken God, and that is why America shall be forsaken by God, and why Jesus was forsaken by God – taking the blame, bearing the punishment.
And so you see a little of how “In all our affliction, He was afflicted. I will not even get into “Their blood shall be poured out like water” from the Psalms, so that instead of blood, there came out water, when Jesus was speared in the side by a soldier sent to break His legs. Is America blithely setting itself up to be crucified as a nation, because it has forsaken the Saviour it spurns, who undertook their final punishment for them.
If they were wise, they would understand this, they would discern their latter end! Deut 32:29
In the latter days you will understand this. Jeremiah 30:24
Ho! Flee Babylon. Escape to Zion. Zechariah 2:7 (Living). Don’t just flee Babylon. Know where you are going.
Therefore by this the guilt of Jacob will be expiated, and this will be the full fruit fruit of the removal of his sin . . . . . (read on) Isaiah 27:9. This is the short way back, but there is not much danger of this happening.
